Bryson Gonzalez-Guitarist

Jackson Henry is a senior at Leon High School who played piano as his first instrument in elementary school. He now plays guitar and the steel drums at school. He is mainly a vocalist and occasionally plays guitar for Local Forecast. He was told he would be a temporary member but he ended up staying because he liked the band or whatever.

Bryson Gonzalez has taken advantage of public school guitar lessons since sixth grade. He says this about Local Forecast, “Being pushed as a musician and getting to play with your friends is a rare and incredible experience.” Petra once said “God gave rock and roll to you” and Bryson plans to take advantage of that privilege.

Mason Tarmey - Drummer

Joey first started playing music when he was 7 years old as a drummer. When he was 12 he picked up a guitar for the first time. Since then he has been singing and playing live at local venues around town. He joined local forecast in early 2019 as a vocalist and guitarist

Mason was born into a loud family, so naturally, he was going to be good at this whole drumming thing. At the age of 3, his dad put drum sticks in his hands, and eventually pots and pans turned into Mason's first kit. By the time He was 6, He was making your mom shake her groove thing at all the local music venues in Tallahassee. Fast forward a decade or so... we are happy to introduce to you Mason Tarmey as the drummer for Local Forecast.

Aaron Taylor - Bass

Michael Murray started his musical career playing drums in elementary school. He began playing piano in sixth grade and learned from his father. He now plays keyboard in Local Forecast and utilizes unique sounds and percussive elements to add an extra layer within their sound. His lack of common sense and stupid humor also adds an extra layer to the band itself.

Aaron is currently 17 years old and still growing (hopefully). He has been playing bass since he was in third grade and has learned from the very best, Jeff Davis. He hopes to continue playing music for as long as he can with some of his best friends and is really counting on this band thing to pay out or it’s back to the streets.

Nolin Civinades - Saxophonist

Trained as a classical saxophonist, Nolin has spent his early years sitting in a Symphonic band classroom reading sheet music and practicing proper technique, but ever since he joined Local Forecast, none of that has mattered. For now he spends his free time jamming with the band and “ripping some nasty licks.”
